A Generalized Non-Linear Flow Law Based on Modified Zerilli-Armstrong Model and Its Implementation into Abaqus/Explicit FEM Code

Non-linear numerical modeling, widely used in research and development to understand many complex processes such as forming or machining, does not guarantee the success of a study be performed. Indeed, simulation uses finite element codes where models already integrated are based on shapes adjustable any type study. In this study, new form non-linear constitutive flow law Modified Zerilli-Armstrong model, which can answer above problem, has been developed apply it two different tests (a quasi-static compression test, necking circular bar). This is modified which, together with Johnson-Cook compared appreciate relevance proposal. For that, an implementation via VUHARD subroutine into Abaqus/Explicit code was made model tests. The comparison results obtained (from identification) by our proposed those using NMJC shows that better approaches experiments than other one. also shown through Abaqus software.
